Users are strongly urged to first review www.e-2california.com/easy_as_e2 in this website to obtain basic understanding of key underlying concepts of E-2/E-1 law.

E-2/E-1 law has two aspects to it. One is the E-2 law which American Embassies around the world must follow, and the other is related and similar law which USCIS must follow when adjudicating E-2 status applications, such as COS or EOS to E-2 applications. American Embassies are guided by Foreign Affairs Manual, while USCIS is guided by E-2 regulations. At any rate, the E-2/E-1 law is composed of statutes, regulations, FAM, CFRs, federal court cases and agency guidance memos.

Our goal is to upload and update this section to contain a practitioner's library for E-2/E-1 visa for reference purposes.
