This section will cover in detail an overall procedural issues which an E investor and family will likely face from the time he or she decides to pursue an E visa or status. E investor's concern does not end upon obtaining an E visa or status: there is maintenance issue, there is extension concern, etc. And then there is a concern about how to obtain green cards should the E investor and family wish to pursue the permanent resident goal.
