Mission of E-2/E-1 Center

Our overriding goal is to provide helpful and objective information on E-2 visa law and potential E-2 investment businesses to the E-2 community, including potential E-2 visa investors and U.S. business owners, and to facilitate finding suitable E-2 businesses.

To this end, our specific sub-goals are:

• To create a website which can be used as a "one-stop" resource center for the E-2 community, where anyone can obtain a good understanding of E-2 law, including requirements and procedures, and to find out about the latest developments.
• To work together with a team of professionals in wide-ranging areas to fill the need of a niche market demand by providing services related to E-2/E-1 cases.
• To offer comprehensive E-2/E-1 related consultations and services to both potential investors and U.S. businesses and franchises community.

To be sure, the above are ambitious goals, but we believe we are well-positioned to meet the challenge. And in the process, we hope to become more informed about, and be more responsive to, the needs and concerns of the E-2/E-1 community and E-2/E-1 Investors and companies (potential and existing) around the world.
